Coyote Spas extends this limited warranty solely to the original purchaser of any Coyote Spa installed. For the purpose of this document “customer” shall mean the original purchaser of the spa.

7 YEAR SPA SHELL STRUCTURE WARRANTY Coyote Spas warrants the spa shell fiberglass structure against water loss due to defects in workmanship and materials for seven years to the original purchaser. 3 YEAR EQUIPMENT AND PLUMBING Coyote Spas warrants the spa's electrical equipment components - specifically the pump(s), factory installed ozone system, heater and control system against malfunctions due to defects in materials and workmanship for three years from the original date of delivery. 3 YEAR SPA SHELL SURFACE Coyote Spas warrants the interior surface of the spa shell against blistering, cracking or delaminating for three years from the original date of purchase. 1 YEAR LABOUR All labour is included for any malfunctions due to defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original date of delivery.

EXTENT OF WARRANTY:
Coyote Spas extends this limited warranty solely to the original purchaser of any Coyote Spa sold by its authorized dealers. Commercial applications are excluded from all warranty coverage. Replaceable service items such as light bulbs, fuses, o-rings and handles are not covered under this warranty, but are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship at time of delivery to original purchaser. EXCLUSIONS:
This limited warranty is void if Coyote Spas or its designated representative determines that the Coyote Spa has been subject to alteration, neglect, misuse or abuse; if any repairs have been attempted by anyone other than Coyote Spas or its designated representative; or if the failure is caused by accidents, acts of God or other causes beyond the control of Coyote Spas. Neglect, misuse and abuse include any installation, operation or maintenance of the spa other than in accordance with the instructions contained in the owners manual provided with the spa. Specifically, damage caused by operation of the spa at water temperature outside the range of 32 degrees F (0 degrees C) and 120 degrees F (40 degrees C. This limited warranty does not provide coverage for the insulation cover, any item attached to, or installed on, the spa after the date of manufacture, or for gaining access to any component for repair or replacement. The spa owner accepts liability for repair work performed by anyone other than a designated Coyote Spas representative.

PERFORMANCE:
To obtain service in the event of a defect covered by this Limited warranty, notify your Coyote Spas dealer or Coyote Spas as soon as possible and use all reasonable means to protect the spa from further damage. Upon proof of purchase, Coyote Spas or it's designated service representative will correct the defect subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Limited warranty. There will be no charge for parts or labor to repair the defect, although you may be assessed reasonable repairman travel mileage charges if any. If Coyote Spas determines that repair of the covered defects is not feasible, we reserve the right to instead provide a replacement spa equal in value to the original purchase price of the defective spa. In such an event, reasonable costs for removal of the defective spa, shipping costs for the replacement spa and delivery and installation of the replacement spa will be the responsibility of the spa owner.

DISCLAIMER:
Coyote Spas, or any of its authorized agents shall not be held liable for injury, or loss of use of your spa or other incidental or consequential costs, expenses or damages, which may include but are not limited to the removal of a permanent deck wall or other custom fixtures. In no event shall Coyote Spas be liable for any reason or cause, in excess of the amount paid for the products. No other warranties, expressed or implied, are valid. No agent, dealer, distributor, service company, or other parties is authorized to change, modify or extend the terms of this Limited Warranty in any manner whatsoever.

LEGAL RIGHTS:
This Limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which vary from country to country. Limitation on implied warranties may not apply to you, due to your location.
